Richard Kaczor received his B.A. from DePaul University and his M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University. He began his own tax practice in 1988 with the goal of emphasizing quality, dependability and customer service. Since then, he has been serving small/mid-sized businesses and families.

Richard gained various experiences on the shop floor as well as in the office environment before he began his career as an accountant. He worked in an auto repair shop, was a production manager in a machine shop and worked in other business environments. Based on his 25 years of experience, Richard has been helping small businesses with business development, accounting systems and tax strategies. He also works with businesses with various ethnic backgrounds.

Richard has taught multiple accounting and QuickBooks classes, as well as been called upon to speak on various business topics. Additionally, he is a member of the SBA, ILCPA and other business associations.

In his spare time, Richard enjoys spending time with family as well as running, reading and self-development.
